The LEFT Show Podcast!
Opening Day – Sundance Is Hard – Locals Keep Off The Grass – 2:37pm
I'm back at the Park City Marriott today, trying to book one ticket each for the movies I want to see. I was informed that I get to see one movie a day at comp. I asked if this means I can buy tickets to other movies and no one could answer me. So, at one movie a day,...
Doomsday – Why doesn't Scotland ever learn?
It's always the same old story: England does something totally evil to Scotland, lots of folks die. Eventually Scotland fights back, kicks England's ass and then screws herself at the the settlement negotiations. So, with the movie Doomsday, here we go again. BUT in a...
Sundance Podcast 2 – No Event Day
Seriously, nothing to see here. The wind was insane, it was cold as hell and I drove 100 miles (round trip) to pick up a picture of myself and grab a quick lunch. The wind and I were fighting on the recording and it sounds a little funny, lots of pops and stuff. I'm...
Up In Park City – Still Need A Laptop
I'm in the press corral at the Park City Marriott using one of the public Machines (thank you HP) minding the signs that limit my use to 15 minutes. Uh oh. My laptop died over the weekend and I''m getting that creepy, crawly feeling knowing that, instead of building...
Special Pre-Sundance Podcast – Babblings Of A Guy Who's About To Go Do New Stuff! FREE MP3
Ok, folks, I'm gearing up for my 10 days in Park City, Sundance and, maybe, downtown Salt Lake City. Yipee! So, I don't want to tackle these interviews in a normal fashion, so, I want you guys to help me out. Here's what I have so far ... Who is the better Captain:...
We're all gonna die – Part 11
Here's what woke me up screaming this morning... American Gladiators renewed already?! Yup, yet another sign of both the coming apocalypse and the painful length of the writer's strike. From the brilliant people who put a Bridgette video up every day, TVSquad: That...
Why is breakfast cereal so expensive?
Seriously, why the hell is breakfast cereal so expensive? I spend more money on cereal than I do on meat.
You Tube – Most Viewed Videos and Channel Review: Pt. 1
Inspired from reading the Senate Site this morning (and subscribing to their nifty new YouTube channel) I decided to take another look at my YouTube channel. I stopped actively using my YouTube channel when I discovered LiveVideo. LiveVideo allows me 200mb uploads as...
BIG NEWS! JMBell, Sundance, Web Sites, Famous People
THE BIG NEWS I am, for all intents and purposes, KCPW's 2008 Sundance Film Festival correspondent. My Interviews and Reports will be broadcast (if they don't suck) on KCPW and their web page, as well as here on JM Bell.org. Pretty bitchin', huh? Now, as cool as this...
CrossPoint Podcast – New Hampshire Breakdown, Michigan, Florida and Nevada – Oh, and 9-11 FREE MP3
Another week, another milestone in the 2008 Presidential Election. As always, KSL's Ethan Millard and I will chat about what happened and why I'm always so much more correct than he is. Download Cross Point for 01-09-2008
BIG NEWS! Lots of it!
Soon to come! Tomorrow I announce something both fun and cool (yet, not a paying gig) to make you all green with envy. Also, some other JM Bell related news tomorrow as well, that may well be of the "good" variety. And, lastly, some bad news, too. Very, very bad news....
What's Next?
THAT is a good question. Think maybe I'll take a nap and then go clean out the basement. I haven't had time to do it in the last several years, so ... that's something.

You know us as The LEFT Show and the World’s Greatest Comic Book Podcast, but did you know we’ve done other shows? Over the last 12 years, we’ve hosted a myriad of shows featuring voices and topics you really can’t get anywhere else.
Once a year, mostly, we open up a GoFundMe to help pay our static bills for the year. Usually, we ask for help with hosting, domain renewals, SSL certificates, bandwidth usage and equipment repair, just to name a few things.
This year is different. THIS YEAR, we’re kicking it up a notch. We’re building a studio, but not just a podcast studio … a broadcast studio!
That’s right, we’re evolving. We’re shopping office space to build the next step in our Network’s adventure. A lot of you have been asking when we’re going to start doing Video with the podcasts, and this is your time to shine!
HOW? Easy. Two paths to success: Fundraising and Sponsorships. We’re working hard on pulling in a few sponsors for the year, and we’re asking folks to help us bridge the gap!
This is not only a way for the World’s Greatest Podcast Network to record the shows you already know and love, but to expand the lineup with new shows, and to help people and non-profits to record their own shows. We’ve committed, over the years, to helping launch new voices and evolving the pod-space for important messages.
