Rep. Dave Ure is speaking on the floor, explaining his amendment to change the transportation from an executive appropriation to … well, whatever it is he wants to change it to, because I’m stuffed in a closet, and he never said. He’s chiding the Republican membership for thinking and behaving like they know everything and have a corner on the market of sense and intelligence. He also warned that his party spends too much time trying to micromanage things. I assume he’s telling them that when they are in charge, they screw stuff up. I mean, they’ve been in charge for decades now and yet they still complain about so many things. So, yeah, I think that’s what he’s saying. I’m almost sure of it.
