There is an interesting and very powerful ad being run by a group called Vote Vets. The ad is targeted at VA Senator Allen, who voted against giving America’s fighting men and women body armor that, well, can actually stop bullets.

I was thinking to myself that Sen. Allen and his campaign are going to hate this ad, because it really shines a light on how GOP Senators like to vote AGAINST WHAT IS BEST, RIGHT AND PROPER for our troops, presumably because they are too busy wrapping their hypocritical selves in the Flag (thus, I must say, desecrating a metaphorical flag, which our own Senator Hatch has not yet tried to amend to the US Constitution).

Hey wait a minute; did I just say SENATOR ORRIN HATCH? I think I did. I wonder how he voted? Did he do the right and proper thing for our troops or is he full of crap, too? Well, CLICK HERE to see how he voted. Here’s a hint, he voted just like VA Senator Allen.

Why does Senator Hatch get a pass from the Utah Press so often when he is so clearly not telling the truth?

Go Figure.

Here is the ad. Replace the word “Allen” with the word “Hatch” and you’ll get my point.
