Today we celebrate the birth of Robert Burns, the National Poet of Scotland, born on this day in 1759. To commemorate this day, Scots around the world put on our kilts, play our bagpipes, recite Burns’ “Address to a Haggis,” and eat one. Delicious, tasty haggis.
